RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every RADLAND piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. We stand behind what we make, and if something isn't right, we'll work to make it right.

Size Exchanges

We offer one size exchange per item for unworn, unwashed pieces in original condition.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at radlandvenice@gmail.com
  • Include your order number and the size you need
  • Ship the original item back in its original condition

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the original item, your replacement ships within 5–7 business days. We'll also offer store credit as an alternative if that works better for you.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it at no cost to you — no questions asked.

To request a replacement:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once confirmed, a replacement ships within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Because every piece is made fresh for you, we don't offer cash refunds for sizing or preference changes. That said, we never want you to feel stuck — if something isn't working, reach out and we'll find a solution together.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us as soon as possible at radlandvenice@gmail.com. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can make changes. Once production has started, we're unable to cancel or modify — but we'll always do our best to help.

Shipping Issues

We ship to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check before placing your order. For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier first. If you're still having trouble, reach out and we'll do what we can to help.
